do you have a question about our products or your order? We often get asked the same questions, so we have noted some of the most common questions down to save you time without you having the need to contact us.

If you still have questions that aren’t answered, then feel free to send us an order enquiry and we’ll be more than happy to help!

Once your order is dispatched we will send you a confirmation email. Your order will arrive within the time stated at the time of your purchase, if your order still hasn’t arrived after the date stated please send us an order enquiry with your order number and we will rectify this for you.

Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive an email confirmation after you have placed your order, if you still can’t find your confirmation please log into your account and look under your orders and ensure it was processed, and if you are still having issues please contact us and we will advise on the matter.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive unless stated otherwise.

We aim to get your orders out to you as soon as they come in and our team are monitoring all orders on a daily basis. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and change of address and if your order hasn’t already been sent out we will be able to make this change for you. If your order has already been sent out we will do our very best to help you get your order if it has been sent to the wrong address. Please do bear in mind that we do not bare responsibility for incorrect information submitted at the time of your order.

Unfortunately as soon as your order is placed our fulfilment staff are already packing and preparing your order which means no amendments or cancellations are not possible.

We aim to please every customer that purchases products from us and we would only want you to receive your items in perfect condition. We are really sorry that you have received a faulty item and will aim to resolve any issues for you straight away, please contact us with the following information:
